Our very own Terry Hyer, Zarda COO, talked about how not only the city is reinventing itself, but the menu at Zarda Bar-B-Q is being revamped as well.
“Recently, we’ve re-invented ourselves a bit with a Limited Reserve menu, which are items we grew up eating ourselves in the back of the kitchen,” Terry stated.
Terry continued, “We said, ‘Let’s start putting this on the menu and see what our customers think about it,’ and low and behold the limited reserve menu is now 70 percent of our sales.”
The Limited Reserve Zarda menu includes the Hog Wild, Turkey Crunch, Sweet Carolina, Average Joe, Ltd. Reserve Ribs and, of course, KC’s #1 Burnt Ends!
