Pack the skates, bring an appetite, and join Zarda for delicious eats at the inaugural Independence Fire & Ice BBQ! Friday and Saturday (September 11 – 12, 2015) outside the Independence Events Center will be packed full of exciting activities including ice skating at the Centerpoint Community Ice, live music and of course, Zarda Bar-B-Q!
You will receive a ticket upon entry for a FREE Zarda Pork Slider (Friday only), plus we’ll have other savory dishes including:
- Pulled Pork Nachos
- Rib Bone Snack Plates
- Pork Sliders served with Chips
The core of this special event is a Kansas City Barbeque Society (KCBS) sanctioned cooking competition where teams will be competing for $12,000 IN PRIZE MONEY!
