Where it began? With our tender & juicy hickory-smoked pulled pork – piled high of course! We added our tangy, southern-style Cole Slaw and drizzled it all with our Suh-weet Carolina mustard sauce. Good times never tasted so good!
We’ve gone pig crazy with this one pig lovers!  Bring your appetite because this one’s piled proud and high. First level: Juicy, tender ham. Second Level: Our world famous pulled pork. Third Level: You didn’t think we’ve leave out the bacon?! Top Level: Melted provolone – because everything is better with cheese! Our fresh Roma buns can barely contain their enthusiasm! Hog Wild – the pig lovers delight!
Actually, there’s nothing average about this Joe – and this bad boy is definitely not for the timid of taste – or appetite. We start with our famous hickory smoked beef, turkey or ham; smother it in melted provolone and then, for crunchy zestfulness, we stack on two of our crowd favorite onion rings and sandwich it all in a fresh Roma bun.
Special seasoning, and even more tender than our regular ribs, these babies are fresh – from the first pull from the pit. Don’t wait though, we only prepare these beauties in small batches and we usually run out! Available in three serving sizes to suit every appetite.
We deep fry our whole turkey breasts just right until the outside is a crispy golden-brown. We slice the turkey up and pile it high on a fresh Roma bun and add a slice of savory provolone and our oh-so-crispy bacon. Then we melt it all down and serve it to you hot – with a side of chipotle mayo . Voila! Turkey Crunch, the Ltd. Reserve turkey sandwich – with an edge!
