Where it began? With our tender & juicy hickory-smoked pulled pork – piled high of course! We added our tangy, southern-style Cole Slaw and drizzled it all with our Suh-weet Carolina mustard sauce. Good times never tasted so good!

Actually, there’s nothing average about this Joe – and this bad boy is definitely not for the timid of taste – or appetite. We start with our famous hickory smoked beef, turkey or ham; smother it in melted provolone and then, for crunchy zestfulness, we stack on two of our crowd favorite onion rings and sandwich it all in a fresh Roma bun.

We deep fry our whole turkey breasts just right until the outside is a crispy golden-brown.
