Zarda has had a long standing relationship with the American Royal, so we were honored to be asked to participate in a virtual celebration of National Agriculture Month for the month of March. As a part of the celebration, Zarda created a short video (right) for the American Royal describing why agriculture education is so important and what our relationship with the American Royal means to Zarda.

Per Kim Palmer, director of the American Royal, “While the world looks substantially different than 12 months ago, what hasn’t changed is the essential business of Agriculture and educating the world about this vital asset.  The American Royal is approaching March, National Agriculture Month, with an intense focus to push the agricultural agenda and keep the spirit of support and understanding of agriculture alive.”

FOOD BRINGS EVERYONE TO THE TABLE is the March social media campaign of the American Royal. The goal is to share relevant, inspiring and informative educational material from experts and explore both traditional, and non-traditional elements of food.  The restaurant industry plays a vital role in agriculture and seeing the delicious food from the restaurants participating is a great, non-traditional tie-in to National Agriculture Month.

As we all know, nothing brings people together like food and Zarda is looking forward to the continued work of the American Royal to educate as many as possible about this area of agriculture.
