The road to the championship started a few weeks back, when Chow Town KC announced their sudden-death Burnt Ends Bracket-style Tourney. Our competition? Sixteen of the best-of-the-best in the KC BBQ community. All sixteen were voted into the bracket by BBQ fans from the KC Metro area and beyond. It was quite the bracket – not a bad Burnt End in the bunch!
